Dazzle & Lace's Order Information including S&H costs

Processing time for most products is about 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If an item is on backorder, which happens on occasion, you will be notified by email and informed of the approximate ship date. Processing time for custom items, such as personalized favors, ribbons and gifts can range from 1-4 weeks, depending on the item. Rush processing may be available on select items. We recommend that you include your need by date in the comment section of the checkout procedure. Contact us for details.

We offer many personalized and custom products. You can add ribbons, tags and custom colors to virtually all of our products. We work directly with our customers to customize and create a look just for you. Contact us and with details and we will work with you to customize your order. We provide complimentary design consultation. When ordering custom decorations such as centerpieces we suggest that you order only one to begin with. We will create it to your specifications and either send a photo or the actual product to you for approval. Once approved we will complete the desired quantity and ship the balance to you. Custom orders cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS

If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card as long as the order has not been shipped. Special orders and customer orders will require a 25% cancellation fee. If an order has already been shipped it is the responsibility of the buyer to return it to Dazzle & Lace before a refund or credit is issued.

PAYMENT & ORDERING

Dazzle & Lace accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal on our website in our secure online shopping cart. If you would prefer, you can place your order via fax or email. Or you can call 919-662-0018 to place your order. We accept payment by check through mail order.

PayPal Enabled: Want to avoid entering a credit card number? If you've got an account with PayPal and you're set up to make payments with it, it's no problem. Just choose PayPal when you check out.

ON TIME DELIVERY: We will ship your package using the best method available to ensure it arrives in a timely manner. Specify date needed to insure on time delivery. If express shipping is required to meet your date we will notify you prior to shipping if additional S&H payment is required.

You may select Ground or Priority as your shipping method of choice during the checkout procedure. Pick Up is ONLY available if you are actually able to pick up your order from our Raleigh, NC location. If this shipping method is desired please send us an email and we will refund your S&H payment.

Express shipping is available upon request and an supplemental invoice will be sent to the buyer for additional S&H payment. Your order will be processed after this payment is received. Please contact us with your Express shipping request.

In the highly unlikely event that your orders are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.

**Some products require an extra shipping charge due to weight and/or size based on "ship to" zip code. We will inform you prior to shipping if an extra shipping charge will incurred.

Most orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by customer. If specifying a faster delivery service, please contact us for a price quote.

*In US Dollars. This pricing chart is for MOST of Continental USA. Exceptions are CA, TX, HI and ALASKA. S&H prices may vary for these states.

**INTERNATIONAL: Shipments outside the US, may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you with additional S&H charges prior to processing your order. Please contact us for more information.

Local deliveries: If you have given us an incorrect address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional delivery charge based on the new location. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our expert couriers will do their best to leave the gift in a safe location unless otherwise noted. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will return your delivery to Dazzle & Lace. We will then contact the sender to arrange a new delivery time and date. We reserve the right to charge an additional re-delivery and administration fee for second time deliveries if necessary.

Buyer is solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession and/or the gift has been left at the delivery address.

**LOCAL area: Orders can be picked up at our Raleigh location, contact us for a pick up schedule. We also offer FREE delivery in the Raleigh, NC area for orders over $50.00. Choose PICK UP option for qualifying orders OR place order by phone to avoid S&H cost being added to your order.

SATISFACTION: We want your online experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. If you’re not satisfied, contact us to notify us of a return and tell us what you would like: a replacement, an exchange, a refund or a credit. We will handle your request promptly and courteously. Returns are rare at Dazzle & Lace, but if you have a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. All inquiries should be made to Dazzle & Lace via e-mail or by phone at 919-662-0018. We will acknowledge all inquiries within 5 working days and investigate the concern immediately. Custom orders are not returnable. Special orders and seasonal merchandise require a 50% restocking fee. S&H charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be received by Dazzle & Lace before a credit is issued. 25% restocking fee for returns received after 14 days of original ship date. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING AN ORDER.

All orders are carefully inspected, packed securely and received by the carrier in good condition. Should there be a problem with the contents of a damaged package, please contact the carrier immediately. Damaged goods: Please advise immediately upon receipt via email or telephone.

Limitation of Liability
Dazzle & Lace shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Dazzle & Lace product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Dazzle & Lace reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Dazzle & Lace shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Terms & Conditions Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Dazzle & Lace without notice at any time, for any reason.
